Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
