American tech entrepreneur the entrepreneur has rejected launching a buyout proposal for the North London club.

The club had before “clearly turned down” an informal expression of interest from a syndicate led by the American last month and insisted the team was not for sale.

But the nation's corporate governance laws required that, following an initial approach rejected, the interested parties were obligated to present a formal offer by late October or announce they would refrain.

Verification of the choice was issued in a statement made by Tottenham to the financial markets, indicating the club is “no longer in an takeover phase.”

He published an image of the announcement on digital channels, stating: “It's been a privilege interacting with Spurs and the Lewis family's delegates over the past few months.

“I maintain high regard for the organization, its executives, and its supporters, and hope for continued achievements.”

Tottenham's directors expressed gratitude to the consortium for its “constructive approach” in discussions and for “respecting the firm stance” of the owners that the team is unavailable.

Brooklyn Earick is a ex-disc jockey who also served in spacecraft research for the space agency before establishing his technology firm, which concentrates on tech, communications, sport and leisure.

The informal offer was the latest expression of interest turned down by the team's directors since the sudden departure of top executive Daniel Levy in last month.

On 8 September, the club rejected proposals from former Newcastle United shareholder Amanda Staveley's PCP International and a syndicate headed by Dr Roger Kennedy and Ng through Firehawk Holdings.

The former chairman and his relatives own about 30% of Enic Holdings – which has an nearly 87 percent interest in Tottenham.

Levy was the English top flight's most enduring chair and is reported to have received over £50 million during his long tenure in the capacity.

However he was also the focus of ongoing dissent by Spurs fans, especially last season as home competition outcomes proved below expectations.

Spurs won their major honor in 17 years when they defeated the Red Devils in the May continental decider.
