England Bring Back Saka But Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Grealish Are Omitted
Bukayo Saka has netted a dozen goals in 44 caps for England.
England have included the Arsenal winger for upcoming matches against Wales and Latvia, but there is no place for Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka was absent from last month's qualifier victories over Serbia and Andorra with a muscle problem.
Saka made a comeback for Arsenal and found the net in their 2-0 win against Olympiacos midweek.
Saka comes in for Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November with a knee injury.
The Three Lions face the Welsh in a friendly at the national stadium this week prior to a qualifying match in Riga on October 14.
Should England triumph in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two points from their final two matches against Serbia and Albania in November to qualify for the World Cup in North America.
Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah comes in for Newcastle United’s Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after suffering a knee issue versus the Gunners recently.
Anderson and Djed Spence, who earned their maiden national team selections last month, retain their places. Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, despite the return to fitness of Adam Wharton.
The attacker has featured in just a single match for Tuchel since he became national team boss, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham was absent from the previous squad as he recovered from a shoulder operation and has managed just a single start for Real Madrid since returning to fitness.
Foden was left out from Tuchel's previous selection following a loss of form and has been unable to force his way back, despite a impressive beginning to the season with Manchester City.
Grealish also is excluded despite a revival in form on loan at Everton. He has not featured for the national team since October 2024.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
The manager’s latest England squad draws attention on those the boss has left out rather than the included names.
Jude Bellingham's omission may cause surprise but Tuchel believes there is no need to recall the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Foden and loanee Grealish have both performed well in the early stages of the season.
Those who Tuchel utilised in England's World Cup qualifier wins versus Serbia and Andorra merit the chance to continue.
It will bring regret that Arsenal's Noni Madueke is not included because of a fitness issue.
Anderson has settled well at international level.
The England boss is a fan of Grealish, especially, as well as Foden.
If there is one surprise, it comes in the absence of Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
The star, of course, will be needed further down the line.
